My career has spanned various roles, including providing school-based child and family therapy, Clinical Supervisor and Manager at Child and Adolescent Outpatient Behavioral Health Services, and Director of the Local Behavioral Health Authority/Deputy Chief of Montgomery County's Behavioral Health and Crisis Services. This broad experience has equipped me with a deep understanding of mental health systems and community resources. As a bicultural, native Spanish speaker, I understand the nuances of diverse backgrounds and experiences. After obtaining my Master degree in Social Work from the Catholic University of America in Washington, DC, I pursued post-graduate training in:
