Payment 

• • Self-pay rate:  $165/session

  • Reduced fees available based on income;  apply if you may be eligible

Cancellation Policy

• • A 48-hour cancellation prior to the appointment is required

  • You will be charged a session fee for a missed appointment

  • Health insurance plans do not pay for missed sessions

• Out-of-Network - You may be able to submit for reimbursement

Please check your insurance coverage carefully. Questions to ask your insurance company include:

    • What is the extent of my mental health benefits?

    • What is my deductible and has it been met?

    • How many sessions are covered and through what period of time? 

    • What is the coverage amount per therapy session, and what am I responsible to cover?

    • Are out-of-network sessions reimbursable?
